Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Physical items purchased directly from FHS Band Boosters from the online store, or in-person from FHS Band Boosters may be eligible for return or exchange if:

• Item is in new, unworn, unwashed condition and can be sold as "new" as determined by FHS Band Boosters
• Item is not customized or personalized in any way: personalized or customized items sales are final
• Return or Exchange is requested within 7 days of receipt
• Returns meeting criteria above may be returned for a refund

Refunds

Physical Merchandise will be subject to the Returns and Exchanges Policy above.

Band Fees: Fees associated with registration have limited refunds available. Refunds requested before the start of the applicable school year for which the student(s) is registered, will be eligible for refunds of payments made to date minus any physical merchandise deemed not returnable under the Returns & Exchanges Policy above. Refunds requested after the start of the applicable school year may be eligible for partial refund, and will be considered and decided based on the timing of the request and financial obligations met by the Organization (FHS Band Boosters).
